Ilka & Franz

Ilka & Franz are a German/Austrian photographic duo based in London (UK). Their focus lies on quirky, minimalist and conceptual work, mostly involving people, often objects and sometimes animals. Ilka & Franz are both self-taught and describe their work as still and precise tripod photography, which is thoroughly planned around an idea or prop and realised through colour, meticulous directing and post-production.
