Sophie Fontaine

I’m a french freelance photographer and illustrator, based in Nancy.
I studied applied arts and literature, but also have been briefly trained in animal cares and behaviors. After a few experiences as a colorist and illustrator, I devote myself to analog photography since 2011, which marks a turning-point in my artistic activities. My pictures focus on nostalgia, solitude, silence, dreams and nature, infusing as much as possible my work with a certain idea of calm and timelessness...
